Tier 4 Closure December 2020

In accordance with the Tier 4 rules we are now closed until further notice.

For any customers who wish to collect their jewellery, we will be able to make an appointment for you to collect Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd December, and 4th January onwards.

If you are happy to wait until we reopen, then your jewellery is perfectly safe and secure with us.

If you would like to collect an item from us, then the following system is in place.

1) If you could email us at sales@jewellery-workshop.co.uk with your repair docket number, name, contact phone number and email address.

2) We will advise of the balance required, and how you can prepay.

3) We will arrange a time and date with you for collection.

Upon collection

1) We will not allow customers inside the shop, instead we have a mobile counter in the arcade with a doorbell to let us know you have arrived.

2) We will have your collection pre-packaged for you and will pass it to you. You are free to open and inspect, however we are unable to offer you normal counter service as this would be against the Click and Collect Covid rules.

Please note that we are unable to book any repairs or commissions in, or measure finger sizes as this would be a breach of the Click and Collect rules.

Unfortunately, during this closure, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges until we can fully open without restriction.

As a retail business it has never been possible for us to take a Christmas break. We are going to take this opportunity to have a break over the Christmas.

We have worked hard this year behind the scenes during previous lockdowns, so we are going to take this opportunity to have a break over Christmas. Being in retail this is not something we are usually unable to do.

We will all be taking a break from the business 24th December to 3rd January inclusive. Although it is unlikely we will be opening on the 4th, we will be available for general enquiries by email, should we remain closed.

We thank you all for your custom and support this year and wish you a Merry Christmas and hope to see you all again very soon.
