90% of orders are dispatched within 3 working days.

All products have a general dispatch time within the product information; this time scale is the expected dispatch time once your order has been processed within normal working hours. Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Should you require an item urgently then please contact us in order to check stock availability.

In addition to the charges below, all orders can be collected from our Maidstone branch free of charge.

International orders

International orders are charged at £5.95 per order and are typically received in 10 working days.

Please note with international orders that items may arrive in different packaging than are shown with the product. This is due to some items of packaging being too heavy to sensibly send.

All items will require a signature and can be tracked online. We can provide a tracking number if requested.
